Harvest Festival
This week saw us visit the Church for our Harvest Festival
At NVF, we believe in, and teach our children about, 'Healthy mind, Healthy body', in order to promote good habits for mental health. Recently the Children's Commissioner, Dame Rachel De Souza, has published ‘What I wish my parents or carers knew…’: A guide for parents and carers on managing children’s digital lives' and you can find this, and the activity booklet that goes with it, here:

One clear statistic is that of the many children and young people spoken to as part of the national survey, almost unanimously they would not give their own children a smartphone.

On Thursday 5th March the whole Federation celebrated World Book Day. Children from all three schools turned their classroom doors into amazing book covers to reflect a a culturally diverse text they had been reading. To find out more and the door covers please click here.
